Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to extend the time for complying conditions which was imposed by this Honourable Court in order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13712 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 for a period of two weeks.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying conditions imposed by this Court in order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13712 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 for a period of two weeks. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13712 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 on certain conditions. He would further submit that the petitioner due to his illness, subjected himself with self quarantine and therefore he could not comply with the conditions. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is now ready to comply the conditions for which he seeks extention of time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply the conditions made in Crl.O.P.No.13712 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
