O R D E R

It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that this Civil Revision Petition has filed challenging the order made in RCA.No.47 of 2002. Now the Executing Petition has also been filed. Subsequently, the landlord already vacated from the premises and the Executing Petition also terminated and hence, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
