ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time limit for a period of four weeks in Crl OP No. 10679/2020 order dated 17.07.2020 to surrender and to execute sureties. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10679 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 with certain conditions. He would further submit that due to pandemic situation and illness, the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply the conditions made in Crl.O.P.No.10679 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
