Prayer:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents Police to further investigate the case in aspect of the reasons for causing of sudden and unnatural death of the petitioner's husband on 18.01.2019 in the above the Crime No.21 of 2019 the respondents Police.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing direction to the respondents Police with regard to this case registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. in Crime No.21 of 2019 due to the sudden and unnatural death of the petitioner's husband on 18.01.2019.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant. She has filed a complaint by making certain allegations and stated that her husband has committed suicide on 18.01.2019 due to the harassment given by the accused on 16.01.2019.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no serious action has been taken by the Police despite an F.I.R. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been registered. The petitioner has not sought any prayer to change the investigation agency. Her only grievance is that the respondents have not started any serious investigation despite the allegations are serious in nature. 4.Since the F.I.R has been registered and the investigation is also pending, I feel it is sufficient to give a direction to the respondents to expedite the investigation and to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
