(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(2) IPC, in Crime No.595 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. 3.Recording the above submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
