By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner would state that she is a widow and is having one girl child aged about 9 years and at present working as a Junior Draughting Officer in the office of the Assistant Executive Engineer, Ayodhiyapattinam, Salem District.
3. The petitioner would further state that she was initially appointed as Overseer in Salem Panchayat Union through Employment Exchange on 30.07.2010 and her services were regularised on 05.11.2013 and claims that after rendering sincere and blemishless service to the utmost satisfaction of the superior officers, the petitioner was transferred to the Office of the Assistant Executive Engineer, Salem Sub Division, Magudanchvadi, Salem District as Junior Draughting Officer on 17.02.2014 and she joined on the very next day on
18.02.2014 and within a short span of five months, she was transferred to the Office of the Assistant Executive Engineer, Salem Sub Division, Attur Salem District vide proceedings of the first respondent dated 23.07.2015 and once again she was transferred from that place to the Panchayat Union of Panmarathupatty as an Overseer through proceedings of the first respondent dated 30.09.2014. The petitioner was again subjected to transfer from that place to the present place of posting namely, Office of the Assistant Executive Engineer, Salem Sub Division, Ayodhiyapattinam as Junior Draughting Officer vide proceedings of the first respondent dated 07.08.2015.

The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that she is a widow and having a girl child and on account of the frequent transfer she is put to extreme hardship so also her child as she has to admit her in a good school and in this regard has also submitted a representation dated 11.10.2015 to the first respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
5. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Udayakumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Srinivasan, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner and till then defer any further decision to once again transfer the petitioner from the present place of posting.
