Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Se.Mu.Aa.No.Pa 0 Na 2[5]/98993/2013, dated 24.02.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to grant family pension and all other attendant service and terminal benefits pertaining to the services of the petitioner's husband, namely, Mr.P.R.Desingh till the date of his superannuation and to pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Today, when the matter is taken up, Mr.H.Rajasekar, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, however, with liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, permission is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order, dated 24.02.2016. There shall be no order as to costs.
