The petitioner, who is the first accused, in Crime No.39 of 2014 has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case from the file of the third respondent to the file of the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) represented that the case in Crime No.39 of 2014 has been closed as mistake of fact.
