This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur by an order dated 11.07.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.3784 of 2018 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent police.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) instead of Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready and the remaining conditions stands as it is.
