ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused, aggrieved by the conviction for an offence under Section 324 of IPC., by the Judgment dated 23.01.2014 in C.C.No.207 of 2012 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vridhachalam, confirmed by the Judgment dated 13.08.2014 of the III-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore at Vridhachalam in Crl.A.No.07 of 2014, while confirming the offence under Section 324 of IPC., while modifying the sentence as two months simple imprisonment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.L.Bhaskaran, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent has produced a certificate from the Jail Superintendent, Central Prison, Cuddalore dated 24.11.2021, whereby, it is mentioned that the petitioner/accused had undergone two months imprisonment and after undergoing the sentence, he was released as per law. 3.In view of the same, nothing survives in this criminal revision case. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.
