Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who appeared on behalf of the 1st respondent and Ms.C.N.G.Niramathi, who appeared on behalf of respondents 2 and 3.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and file a fresh writ petition as and when new cause of action arises and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
