O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent herein to register a case by lodging FIR based on the complaint dated 18.02.2015 filed by the petitioner firm, for which CSR No.112/2015 dated 19.02.2015 has been issued by the respondent herein.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR. No.112 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if the commission of cognizable offence is disclosed, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalitha kumari Vs.
