This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned summon dated 29.05.2023 issued to the petitioners herein by the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioners appeared for enquiry in pursuance of the summons dated 29.05.2023 and that, they are no more required for any enquiry.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that petitioners appeared for enquiry and they are no more required for any enquiry, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.
