This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to CRL MP.NO.5402/2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri and set aside order dated 03.05.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5402 of 2023 and to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Krishnagiri to consider the petition seeking police custody of the respondent herein for a period of two days.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner/Police submitted that the relief sought for in this criminal revision petition become infructuous.
