These Criminal Revisions have been filed seeking for the relief to call for the records in C.No.140 of 2014 (B1) pending on the file of the first respondent which have been initiated under section 107 read with 116(3) of the Criminal Procedure code and set aside the same as illegal.

2. Heard Mrs.V.Porkodi, learned counsel for the respective petitioners and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. Admittedly, on 08.08.2014, the first respondent herein initiated proceedings under section 107 Cr.P.C and directed the respective petitioners to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the period of one year. Therefore in the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

circumstances, the period of the bond had already been completed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Hence, for the reasons stated above, the prayer shouted by the respective petitioners in these Criminal Revisions become infructuous and thereby dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
