Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.11957/2019/X1 dated 31.07.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents to give effect to the decision of transferring to the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer from Government Higher Secondary School, S.Ramapuram, in Kaveripattinam Panchayat Union, Krishnagiri District to Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kaveripattinam in Krishnagiri District, based on the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 04.05.2020, without accommodating any other person in the said place and thereby permitting the petitioner to join in the said place within a reasonable period to be fixed by this Court.
