Challenge in the Writ Petition is to the rejection of the request for issuance of community certificate, certifying the petitioner belongs to "Panniandi", which is the Scheduled Caste community. 2.Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that we had by order dated 18.10.2022 dismissed the Writ Petition in W.P.No.15529 of 2020 filed by the brother of the petitioner for the very same relief. There is no other new ground of attack available in this Writ Petition.
