PRAYER: These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the summon issued by the 2nd respondent dated 18.04.2014 in Crime Nos.446 & 445 of 2014 respectively under Section 160 and 90 of Cr.P.C.for binding the petitioners under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. and quash the same. For Petitioner in both Crl.O.Ps. : Mr.A.Raja Rajan For Respondents in both Crl.O.Ps.

: Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER These criminal original petitions have been filed to quash the summons issued by the second respondent in Crime Nos. 445 & 446 of 2014 dated 18.04.2014.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent police had initiated proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C.. against the petitioners. A summon was issued in the year 2014.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication as on today. Consequently, these criminal original petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
