ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct an enquiry against the fourth respondent
in respect of Document No.25 of 2015, on the file of the fourth respondent.
2. According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent has committed irregularity in respect of the document submitted by him in discharge of his duties. According to him, there was some property dispute between him and one private party and in the said transaction, the fourth respondent appears to have made some mutation in the records illegally. Therefore, a complaint was lodged with the local police, Thiruvannamalai in February 2018. The petitioner claims to have also filed a suit on the file of the District Munsif Court, Arani and the fourth respondent has also been impleaded as a party in the said suit.

This Court is unable to appreciate as to how at the instance of the petitioner, the official respondents could be directed to take action against the fourth respondent in discharge of the official duty. The extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court is certainly not available for the petitioner to settle his personal scores with the fourth respondent. The constitutional jurisdiction of this Court cannot be dragged into the personal quarrel between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

In any case, the petitioner has chosen to approach the Civil Court and the fourth respondent is also a party before the Civil Court as averred by the petitioner himself and the petitioner appears to have also approached the police concerned and made a complaint against the fourth respondent, that being the case, the petitioner cannot be allowed to obtain a seemingly innocuous direction from this Court in order to promote his personal agenda and in furtherance of his personal grudge in the matter of his transaction with the fourth respondent.
5. On the whole, this Court is of the view that the writ petition is filed with ill motive and lacks bonafide and hence dismissed. No costs.
