JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Ms.Yogalakshmi states that C.M.A.No.1550 of 2020 has become infructuous and the same can be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly. All interim applications filed in this appeal also stand dismissed.
In respect of Appeal (CAD) No.9 of 2023, Ms.Yogalakshmi states that the arguing counsel is in difficulty and requests the matter be stood over to any date after Christmas Holidays, 2024.
Appeal (CAD) No.9 of 2023 be listed on 06.01.2025. If the parties wish to file a compilation of documents containing trial court proceedings/ documents, the same shall be filed and copy exchanged before the next date.
