ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Cr.No.11 of 2010 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.11 of 2010 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Cuddalore on 11.08.2016 and since the original complaint and FIR has been summoned by this Court, the final report has not been numbered.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. The Registry is directed to immediately despatch the records to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore.
