This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of declaration declaring the Land Acquisition in respect of R.S.No.75, Cadastre No.914 to the extent of 00.37.00 Hectres (2) R.S.No.79/3 Cadastre No.912 to the extent of 00.11.00 Hectres and (3) R.S.No.79/2 Cadastre No.912 to the extent 1.05.00 Hectres situated in Saram and Karuvadikuppam Revenue Village, Oulgaret Municipality, Puducherry without Notifications, required Notice and enquiry as contemplated in the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-Settlement Act, 2013 is null and void. This case was posted yesterday i.e., 19.12.2017 and there was no representation for the petitioner and it was again posted today(20.12.2017) under the caption, "For Dismissal".

2. On 19.12.2017, since the name of the counsel is not given in the space intended therefor in the cause title, therefore, this Court directed the registry to print it correctly in its space and post this case today(20.12.2017). Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Mr.J.Kumaran, the learned Government Pleader (Pudhucherry) appeared for the respondents.

4. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
