ORDER
The Revision Petitioner herein is the petitioner in the petition filed in F.C.O.P.No.296 of 2025 on the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu, praying to dissolve the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent.
2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner is only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the marriage was not consummated and mediation also failed. Therefore, he prayed to direct the trial court to dispose of the petition filed in FCOP No.296 of 2025 as early as possible.
4. Considering his submissions, the fact reveals that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was not consummated and the mediation held between the parties also failed. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to consider the petition filed in FCOP No. 296 of 2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
