After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first to fifth respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, by dispensing with notice and counter of the private respondent/sixth respondent, by directing the third respondent to Page No. 2 of 4

consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 04.10.2021 and 14.06.2022 of the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Needless to state, before passing such order, the petitioner as well as the private respondent/sixth respondent shall be heard.
