This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the letter dated 03.04.2020 bearing letter reference number Na.Ka.No.997/2019/A9 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and direct the first to third respondents to consider our representation dated 19.11.2019 and dispose of the same in accordance with law. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned letter of the 1st respondent dated 03.04.2020 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.11.2019 and pass necessary orders within the time fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will confine his relief in the writ petition only for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.11.2019 and pass orders in accordance with law. The learned counsel submitted that the larger relief sought for in this writ petition is not pressed.
3.Heard Mr.E.Balamurugane, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in the writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.11.2019 and respond to the same within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent along with the copy of this order and other relevant documents.
5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
