Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.5611 of 2021 dated 02.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.6033 of 2021 dated 30.03.2021. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 02.06.2021 in Crl.MP.No.5611 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.6033 of 2021 modified the conditions imposed by the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 02.06.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons and thereafter, the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
