The miscellaneous petition is filed to extend the period granted for completing the arbitration proceedings before the Learned Arbitrator Mr.Abraham Vishal Jacob vide Order of this Hon'ble Court dated 24.09.2021 passed in WP.No. 16569 of 2021 extended vide Order dated 11.03.2022 passed in WMP.No. 2234 of 2022 which expired on 09.06.2022 further extended vide Order of this Honourable Court dated 21.02.2023 passed in WMP.No. 18326 of 2022 which expired on 22.05.2023 further extended vide order of this Hon'ble Court dated 01.09.2023 passed in WMP.No. 20602 of 2023 which expired on 29.11.2023 further extended vide order of this Hon'ble court dated 11.09.2024 which expires on 08.12.2024 further extended vide Order of this Hon'ble court dated 25.02.2025 which expired on 25.05.2025 and further extended vide order of this Hon'ble Court dated 30.01.2026 which expires on 30.04.2026 by 90 days and pass.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.
