Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to total relaxation of the condition viz., appearance of the petitioner before XI Judge for CBI Cases, at Chennai once in the three months on the 1st working day of that month until further orders as imposed in Crl.M.P.2 of 2009 in Crl.Appeal No.552 of 2009 dated 21.12.2009.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.C.HARI KUMAR AND ASSOCIATES, for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any violation.
