ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the body of Sathya, aged about 26 years before this Court and to set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.We do not find any illegal detention involved. The petitioner is admittedly the husband of the detenue. The petitioner himself has made a written statement before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent/Police that the detenue has left with the second respondent and she contacted her father and told the same. She has told him not to make any attempt to trace her. On enquiry, the detenue and her father were informed that the detenue and the second respondent were working at Erode. They met both the detenue and the second respondent at Erode. Thereafter, they once again left the said place.

4. From the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the habeas corpus petitions stands closed.
