ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 30.03.2019, wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta with respect to subject property.

2. Mr.Balamurugane, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 21.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m and the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
