CMP.No.13122 of 2024 in S.A.SR.No.92191 of 2021 N.MALA,J.

This petition is filed to dispense with the filing of the certified copies of the judgment and decree dated 28.02.2018 passed in O.S.No.20 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sirkazhi.

2. It is stated that the original judgment and decree in O.S.No.20 of 2007 was filed in the appeal in A.S.No.45 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai and therefore only certified xerox copies of the judgment and decree in O.S.No.20 of 2007 has been filed in the Second Appeal.

In view of the submissions made, this petition is ordered.
