ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to implead the proposed respondents 9 to 30 as a necessary parties in the above Second Appeal.
2. The learned counsel for petitioner/appellant would submit that the respondents 9 to 30 are the purchasers of the suit property pending
litigation. Hence, the petitioner/appellant had filed this petition to implead them in the above Second Appeal.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances and on considering his submissions stating that the suit in O.S.No. 1187 of 1990 was filed in the year of 1990 and litigation is pending for nearly about 30 years and to avoid further complications, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. The proposed parties are impleaded as respondents 9 to 30 in the above Second Appeal. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
4. Issue notice to the newly added respondents 9 to 30 through court returnable by 20.02.2025. Private notice is also permitted.
5. The learned counsel for petitioner is directed to pay batta for the newly added respondents within a week.
6. Post the matter on 20.02.2025.
