This petition is filed to implead (i) The Block Development Officer, Parankipettai Panchayat Union; and (ii) The Block Development Officer, Kumaratchi Panchayat Union, as respondents 9 and 10 in the writ petition.

The learned Government Pleader (i/c.) takes notice on behalf of the proposed respondents and has no objection to (i) The Block Development Officer, Parankipettai Panchayat Union; and (ii) The Block Development Officer, Kumaratchi Panchayat Union, being added as party respondents.

In view of the above, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
