ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the directions issued by this Court on 19.12.2025 in W.P. No.49875 of 2025, the present contempt petition was filed.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submitted that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 19.12.2025, the case of the petitioner has been considered and a rejection order has been passed, vide proceedings dated 26.02.2026. In support of his submission, he has placed a copy of the said proceedings before this Court.

3. The aforesaid submission is accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
