2. In SA.No.799 of 2005, the counsel for the appellants has made an endorsement to dispense with the notice to the respondents R6 to R10 as the appellants are not seeking any relief as against them as already represented in the first appelate Court in AS.No.234 of 2000.
3. Counter not filed in the petitions.
4. Considering the reasons given in the affidavit appended to the Petitions, they being acceptable and, in the interest of Justice, the petitions are ordered.
5. Registry is directed to amend the appeal memeorandum accordingly.
