This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to de-freeze the savings Bank Account of the petitioner maintained with the 4th respondent in Account No.1177166000013548.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that based on the instructions given by the 2nd respondent, the respondents 3 and 4 have friezed the petitioner's bank account. Since the 2nd respondent is out of the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to the 2nd respondent. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
