When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, objecting to the prayer, submitted that since a petition in Tr.C.M.P. No.464 of 2019 seeking transfer from Coimbatore to Tambaram filed by the respondent wife was allowed on 04.07.2019, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition seeking transfer from the file of Sub Court, Tambaram to V Additional Family Court, Chennai cannot be entertained.
