(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10521 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the Karimangalam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders..

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10521 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Sessions Court, Dharmapuri on 28.10.2020 at 10.30 am.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
