O R D E R

Enclosing the Assignment Deed of the year 1970 and the subsequent Sale Deeds including the one in favour of the petitioner dated 22.06.2006, a request was made for issuance of patta with respect to Survey No.1022, No.24, Veerapandi village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District for an extent of 4.71 acres. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the land is assigned, the period mentioned thereunder has expired. This is a matter to be considered by the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.As the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2015 is still pending, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
