This petition has been filed seeking to implead respondents 3 to 30 herein as proposed respondents in W.P.No.9515 of 2019. Since these proposed parties ie., contractors under whom the employees of the petitioner Union have been working or have been engaged as Contract Employees for several years, in order to resolve the dispute in the writ petition, these contractors ie., the proposed parties have to be heard.

2. Mr.R.Priya Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 BSNL also agrees the said view and therefore, in view of the aforesaid, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment accordingly and post the matter on 25.11.2020.

4. Notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by then. Private notice is also permitted.
