3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that in the year 1955, the petitioner Dargha, Masjid and Burial Ground were notified as wakf assigned with G.S.No.682 NA. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has sent a representation to the second respondent, to survey and mark four boundaries of the properties of the wakf, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2024 and pass Orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the first and fifth respondents, within a period of the two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
