This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.0039/2020, dt.12.03.2020, pending on the file of the 5th respondent. 2.The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Final Report has been filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry and the same has been taken on file in STC No.1960 of 2020.

3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
