ORDER

Alleging that patta has been unilaterally given to fourth respondent as against the petitioner, who is having valid title, the petitioner made representations on 24.12.2013, 02.1.2014 and 14.10.2015. On the first representation, an enquiry was initiated by respondent No.3 by calling the parties for hearing. It was followed by another notice dated 09.09.2014. As no further progress has been made thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the above, respondent No.3 is directed to conclude the enquiry pending disposal with respect to property situated in S.No.25/5 in Kattakazhani village after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
