O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 306 of IPC, in Crime No.892 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that the marriage between the deceased and the 1st accused took place 6 months back and thereafter, on 28.09.2020, when the 1st accused scolded the victim, she had committed suicide by hanging. Initially, the case was registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C and subsequently altered to 306 of IPC. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is innocent and she has nothing to do with the alleged offence and she been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that R.D.O enquiry is pending and hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the RDO enquiry is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present.
