(2) To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent K.Vairavan (in CMP.146/2014) and (3)To direct that proposed Respondents 5, 6 and 7 being the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent K.Vairavan, be brought on record as Respondents 5, 6 and 7 (in CMP.147/2014) respectively pending SA No.466 of 2006.
Order :These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ASHOK MENON, Advocate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.J.R.K.BHAVANANTHAM Advocate for the 1st respondent and of MR.P.B.RAMANUJAM Advocate for the respondents 5 to 7 in all the petitions the court made the following order:- All the three Civil Miscellaneuos Petitions Stand allowed on condition to Pay Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 20.11.2018, failing which, all the three petitions Stand dismissed automatically.
Registry is directed to list the Second appeal after two weeks along with WP.No.9750 of 2005.
