ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent to permit the petitioner to continue his regular studies in the first respondent College, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
