Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a direction or order in the nature of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records pertaining to the order dt 31.3.2011 made in Appeal No.2 and 3 of 2011 respectively on the file of 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently to direct 2nd respondent to cancel the registration of the Power of Attorney executed by the 3rd respondent and registered as the document in D. No. 136 IV and 137 IV respectively dated dt 8.4.2011;

J U D G M E N T

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted a letter dated 01.03.2016 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ appeals for withdrawal. The matters are listed today under the heading "for withdrawal". When the matters are taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court. An endorsement to that effect has also been made in the Court bundle. 2.

Hence, the Writ Appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
