Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tindivanam, to expedite the hearing of the above RCS No.21 of 2018 and dispose of the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
