Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, prays to direct the lower court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 349 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vellore, within a time frame asa may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 349 of 2016 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vellore.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the above suit was filed by the plaintiffs for partition and permanent injunction against the defendants. The defendants have contested the suit by filing written statement denying all the averments made in the plaint. Issues have been framed in the year 2019, evidence has not taken so far and the matter is adjourned from time to time without any progress. The learned counsel further submitted that the first petitioner is the senior citizen and he was suffering from various ailments. Therefore, he seeks a direction to
the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit. 3.
Taking into the above facts and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- The trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 349 of 2016 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vellore, as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
