The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the First Respondent relating to his order of Direction in No.Rc.7183/2010 C4 dated 06.05.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to implement the orders of this Honourable Court in WA.No.1645 of 2011 dated 22.02.2013 within a time limit to be specified.
